"The Hutu Ten Commandments" a piece of anti-Tutsi propaganda printed in the Hutu Power magazine "Kangura." The rhetoric promoted by "Kangura" helped spur the Rwandan Genocide, which saw more than 800,000 civilians (primarily Tutsis) killed by Hutus between April and July 1994.
