La Libre Parole Magazine

This magazine cover is from a French publication called La Libre Parole, a notoriously antisemitic newspaper. It was printed on October 28, 1893, during the Third French Republic. The editor and founder of this magazine was Edouard Drumont, a leading figure in the French antisemitic movement who founded the Antisemitic League of France in 1889.
