Diversity and Collaborative Knowledge Institute

Register for a regional Diversity and Collaborative Knowledge Institute

This full-day workshop is designed to facilitate and foster collaboration between K-12 educators and those working in local museums, archives, libraries, and other cultural organizations that collect, preserve, and make accessible historical records.
This is an opportunity for educators, school librarians, historians, archivists, and librarians to come together for a day of professional learning and knowledge sharing with the goal of working on ways to facilitate better channels of communication between teachers and custodians of local primary sources. We will also explore and learn about the different ways historical records can be used in the classroom.
