Map of New York State dividing the state into fruit-producing regions. The counties and surrounding states are labeled. The boundaries and names of fruit districts are superimposed over the county lines and names. Fruit districts include the Erie Shore, the Ontario Shore, the Western Plateau, the Eastern Plateau, the Central Lakes, the Mohawk Valley, the St. Lawrence Valley, the Northern Plateau, the Champlain Valley, the Hudson Valley, and Long Island. A note on the lantern slide indicates that the image was taken from Bulletin No. 361, New York Agricultural Experiment Station, Geneva.
