Political Cartoon: "Please Ring the Bell for Us"

In the aftermath of Kristallnacht, a movement began in the United States to help relocate German children.  While some Jewish groups were successful in bringing child refugees to America, immigration laws hampered their efforts. There began an outcry for Congress to take action.
